چکیده

Background Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a bone marrow and blood neoplasm involving precursor cells, or lymphoblasts, dedicated to B/T-cell lineages. ALL usually presents with bicytopenia/pancytopenia thrombocytopenia the most important key parameter. Thrombocytosis has not been well-described feature of ALL; hence, this study was planned investigate incidence thrombocytosis at initial diagnosis its correlation clinicohematological parameters, immunophenotyping, cytogenetic study. Aim The aim in newly diagnosed cases cytogenetics. Materials methods Medical records all patients as King George’s University Lucknow Leukemia-Lymphoma lab over 5-year period were retrieved. primary focus on individuals who had diagnosis. These patients’ retrieved for chief clinical complaints, laboratory data, Results We total 167 immunophenotypically confirmed leukemia-lymphoma University, see how frequently associated whether there are other clinical, laboratory, cytogenetics findings. Out cases, six (3.5%) No findings among selected clearly showed an association thrombocytosis, including leukocyte count, hemoglobin, lymphoblast percentage, immunophenotypic karyotyping. None major induction-related complications. Conclusion To summarize, can be observed diagnosis, particularly men. This group no risk significant events during induction therapy, based smaller number
